Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of our Marketing team, responsible for supporting the team in its primary marketing initiatives as well as administrative duties.

Daily activities will vary, and will include such tasks as coordinating logistics and shipping for tradeshows; market research; collateral production; maintaining CRM contact data; copywriting, editing, and proofreading; direct mailing and shipping; building presentations; compiling data and producing reports; executing customer interviews; sales lead management; taking promotion and booth inventory; and any other duties required to support the marketing team and its initiatives.

This position provides exposure to a variety of specialties within marketing, and if you have particular skills that apply to marketing needs (photography, video editing, content writing, etc) you will have the opportunity to use/develop those as well.

The marketing coordinator does not have supervisory responsibilities.

What Youll be Doing

  • Supporting brand awareness and demand generation:

  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and current news in our markets and produce weekly reports with findings

  • Write copy, edit, and proofread collateral, drip campaigns, communications, and other content as requested

  • Design, build, and or produce presentations for internal and external use as needed

  • Interview customers for case studies, customer success stories, video collateral and for use in other marketing media

  • Maintain CRM contact data

  • Supporting tradeshows and events:

  • Coordinate promotion, logistics, registration, shipping, and any other tasks necessary for execution of tradeshows and other events

  • Coordinate and moderate webinars as needed

  • Take inventory and QA tradeshow booths, equipment, and promotional giveaways

  • Supporting marketing operations:

  • Print and other production (cutting, binding, copying, etc) of marketing collateral, HR collateral, and other internal company needs

  • Packaging, mailing, and shipping supplies, marketing materials, and other company mailings using cost-effective methods

  • Prepare meeting agendas, record notes, and track progress of action items as requested

  • Compile data, scrub excel spreadsheets, or other tasks for data analysis as needed

Any other duties as requested to support the marketing management team

You are:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a general office environment

You have:

  • A Bachelors Degree, discipline open but preferably related to Marketing, Business, Communications

  • A whatever It takes, positive attitude, willingness to help, and solid work ethic

  • Solid organizational skills

  • An attention to quality work

  • An appropriate sense of urgency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook
