Job Summary

Our Marketing Managers lead company strategy in how we market toward our varied customer base.

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to lead market segment-based strategic initiatives for Alsco North America Division for all industrial uniform customers. This role will shape the strategy and execution of Alsco marketing within the market segment. Successful candidates will have a customer-first orientation, strong marketing and strategy skills, and a desire to develop and grow. They are ready to react and adapt to data and insights from the field to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. Reports to Senior Marketing Manager.

Essential Job Function:

Develop and lead marketing initiatives from one-off projects to broad, integrated campaigns and events

Use insights and data to review, recommend and implement marketing opportunities, as appropriate, for our industry and budget

Manage multiple projects simultaneously; scoping, scheduling, budgeting, time management; proactively anticipate where potential problems or slowdowns may occur

Lead cross-functional teams

Collaborate with writers and designers to translate the Alsco brand into facility services and realize project objectives

Utilize excellent written/oral communication and analytical skills

Provide actionable insights for sales and service teams related to your area of expertise and prepared to share them with a broad range of team members, executives and cross functional partners at Alsco.

Support and lead other projects, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Have and maintain a valid driver license.

Willing to travel approximately 25%

General expertise with:

o Microsoft Office Suite

o Organization, communication and collaboration

o Sales and training content creation

Education: Four-year degree in marketing or communication, or some higher education in combination with related industry work experience

Working Environment:

Position is located onsite near downtown Salt Lake City.

Typical office environment.
