Cigna-Medicare promotes active lives through personalized, affordable and easy-to-use health care solutions. This role is a key leader in the Business PMO (BPMO) within Medicare & CareAllies (M&CA). You will be responsible to lead our Delivery Enablement function that, in collaboration with business and technology partners, proactively connects strategy and investment funding with portfolio and baseline delivery and governance to ensure we develop the capabilities we need to bring value to Cigna and our stakeholders. Your team will help us manage dependencies and risks while ensuring transparency and timely decision-making. Together with Enterprise Agile and other matrix partners, you'll also drive M&CA's transition to Agile delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct proactive collaboration and integration across M&CA Strategy, Enterprise Portfolio, Finance, Technology, and Business Enablement POCs.
• Own, manage and improve established forums for M&CA-wide discussion of portfolio dependencies and risks; partner on proactive management of financial variances to inform trade-off and reprioritization
• Ensure transparent executive-level reporting and data-driven insights feed into monthly BPMO and M&CA SLT reviews
• Facilitate effective intake and capacity management discussions across business enablement partners and in alignment with technology-centric discussions
• Represent M&CA in Enterprise forums furthering Agile adoption; develop recommendations on roadmap and path forward in collaboration with Technology partners; drive outcomes based on approved recommendations
• Ensure appropriate use of tools to track and monitor key aspects of project and portfolio performance
• Manage direct and matrix staff to retain talent and grow a high performing team

REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Agile delivery experience
• Program and portfolio leadership across all phases of planning and execution
• Drives tangible results directly and through others in a process-oriented approach
• Effective at applying an enterprise and strategic mindset, developing strategies that balance stakeholder needs.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity while driving vision and purpose
• Strong business acumen , with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of projects.
• Experience, ability and willingness to share knowledge and coach individuals with varying levels of experience.
• Courageous in with raising questions, sharing bad news and avoiding surprises for co-workers at all levels across all organizations.
• Executive-level communication skills - verbal and written and training, along with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Some travel may be required (10%). US work from home or proximity to any Cigna office.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 115,800 - 193,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
