This role is a key contributor in the Business PMO (BPMO) within Medicare & CareAllies (M&CA). You will be a founding team member of a new Continuous Improvement (CI) function that, in collaboration with business partners, proactively industrializes our operations, addressing root causes and designing for healthy, scalable growth of our M&CA businesses. The CI function serves M&CA's Chief Operating Officer and will drive M&CA Operations-owned improvements while also influencing Enterprise Operations improvements that benefit M&CA. You'll principally drive the management process for M&CA Ops CI, ensuring the process, tools, and behaviors enable transparent, proactive partnership within the team, and across M&CA Ops stakeholders. Additionally, you'll provide support for the Planview toolset to include system configuration, system support, user support & training. This role will also partner with various across the M&CA business to gain an understanding of their processes and how the Planview toolset will support their strategic roadmap and enable efficiencies within their business.


  • Drive measurable business outcomes/results in ways that build promoters
  • Help design and proactively run the management process for M&CA Ops CI-including intake, triage, governance and reporting
  • Enable efficient prioritization within and across M&CA and Enterprise Ops by establishing necessary connecting points that promote tight alignment with strategy
  • Facilitate speed and quality of decision-making through proactive, insightful reporting and governance mechanisms
  • System Administration of Planview Enterprise One, Lean Kit, Project Place, & Spigit
  • License and user permission management
  • Configuration of Planview
  • ServiceNow queue management and ticket resolution including working with vendor and IT on technical issues
  • Manage Planview invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain content for the purpose of training the consumers of the tool
  • MS Power BI dashboard and reporting development and maintenance
  • Participate on Planview enterprise projects as needed
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of available tools and methods
  • Participate in development of roadmap
  • Engage in change management activities; working closely with Leadership, Resource Managers, Project Managers, and Division Engineers
  • Release management of Planview
  • Govern/maintain the various Planview environments


  • Process Engineering experience across all phases of continuous improvement; Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably with software/system support
  • BS degree in IT, engineering, business or related subject
  • Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge
  • Technical curiosity for system capabilities
  • SharePoint expertise
  • MS Power BI Dashboard development, ServiceNow queue management, SQL knowledge preferred
  • Planview (Enterprise One, Lean Kit, Project Place) knowledge
  • Data and analytics/reporting experience
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven success working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Proven experience in managing multiple vendors
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Ability to train others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Change management experience with certification a plus
  • Some travel may be required (10%). US work from home or access to local Cigna office.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,500 - 150,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
