Southwestern Health Resources Care N Care (SWHR CNC), is hiring for a Medicare Field Sales Manager

The position will provide leadership and coordination of the company's sales channels including all aspects of prospecting, product development, and delivery. The position will be responsible for developing and overseeing external agent relationships that align with company's business strategy.

Location: Farmers Branch

Core Hours

Full time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description

Developing a leadership bench from within their department and developing future leaders. Responsible for all management and leadership of the sales team including prospecting, product development, sales channels and production.
Producing and distributing performance reports.
Employee training and development within the sales department and across other sales channels. Developing a leadership bench from within their department and developing future leaders.

Maintaining Agent Oversight Committee data
Agent Lead Distribution/Tracking
External Agent Support
Commission Support for all agents
FMO administrative support
Facilitate process for agent credentialing and certification
Oversight agent supplies
Agent communications

Work with VP of Sales and Operations to build and design plans and strategies based on data to assist in reaching company targets in all sales areas
Facilitate sales development process for leads.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts including the collection and analysis of data to evaluate team performance against goal.
Maintain training material for CNC certification
Maintain sales material inventory.
Monitor overflow phone service
Assists with department policy and procedure development
Handle phone routing through Transera

Qualifications - External

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

Education
High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience
4 years field agent experience required

Skills
Must exhibit a strong working knowledge of medical account management and/or clinical operations with a successful track record in one of the two disciplines
Must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups, including all levels of staff
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time and demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
Must be familiar with CRM tools
Performs miscellaneous job related projects as assigned
Manages professionals, contractors, external resources
Manages diversified, complex and technical work for work unit or extended team
Develops methods, techniques, policy concepts and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Acts on policies and procedures
Must be able to frequently problem solve, make decisions, interpret data, organize and analyze work flow, write, plan, and use simple arithmetic.

Travel Requirements
Local Requires driving personal vehicle - must be able to travel to various locations around service area to meet with partners, vendors and members.
