Job Summary:

This position is responsible for implementing and supporting computer and network systems to ensure optimal operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements and supports LAN and WAN technologies across the company.
• Implements and supports network security infrastructure.
• Implements and supports the Windows server infrastructure.
• Administers a multi-server exchange environment.
• Deploys, configures and maintains MSSQL Server environments.
• Installs and supports new server hardware and software network infrastructure.
• Establishes disaster recovery plans and develops appropriate test plans.
• Monitors Windows and network infrastructure ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Configures IP phones and voice mail as necessary.
• Provides guidance to less experienced team members in network related issues.
• Conducts research and recommends hardware and software solutions to meet changing business needs.
• Works with other departments/units on networking needs and assists in project work as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in network communications or related function.
• Strong foundations and/or demonstrated knowledge in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, switching and firewalls.
• Must have technical expertise and the ability to assimilate complex technical information.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to learn, adapt and work under pressure and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem solving and prioritization skills
