Our Sales Lead Agentsare key to supporting our field offices and customers alike. The Pest Management Industry is growing and is a recession resistant line of business. This role is a dual role in which:

70% of the time you will provide World Class Customer Service and phone sales to our customers by followingOrkins ABCsof a successfulSales Agent -

  • Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services

  • Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow

  • Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service

30% of the time you will perform the following Lead Agent duties:

  • Train new and current agents to respond to customer questions and complaints

  • Encourage and lead by example on all company policies and procedures

  • Sidecar on calls when appropriate to support specific skill development

  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

  • Handle escalations, monitor calls and provide feedback to employees

  • Escalate training or support opportunities that cant be resolved in 3-5 minutes

  • Assist sales and customer service team in absence of other members in leadership and when requested

  • Participate in Teams chat when scheduled

The schedule for thispositionmay be inclusive of days, nights, weekends and holidays.
