Off Premise Channel Manager - Tampa

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage our distributor partners to drive premiumization of our portfolio and achieve our yearly NSV and DGP goals within Off-Premise channel
  • Manage our distributor on quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure distribution, displays, and shelf goals are achieved and Go Spot Check (GSC) missions are being completed in specified months/quarters
  • Actively manage the presentation and execution of category plans, brand plans, promotions and new item introductions ensuring compliance with Brand Standards
  • Develop new volume opportunities with all customers to include opportunities with small sizes, distribution, new brand categories, and growing brand trends
  • Develop new volume and distribution opportunities within the Tampa market
  • Manage and work with SMs and AMs to ensure all growth and distribution targets are being accomplished while adhering to proper reporting structures
  • Set goals and manage distributor expectations to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual off-premise targets. Weekly meetings with distributor's off premise sales force and managers to monitor progress and create reporting tool to ensure success.
  • Create corrective action plans to address all shortfalls with firm deadline to hold distributor accountable
  • Ensure compliance with all Beam Suntory initiatives, including GSC initiatives and Centrally funded programming
  • Call on a designated number of key off-premise accounts with sole responsibility for expanding distribution and volume on priority brands/sizes. Successfully launching innovation by achieving volume and distributions KPI's as set out by corporate management.
  • Participate in Beam Suntory's Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) four times per year to uncover opportunities for new business with bottom line objective of increasing sales and distribution by working with distributors and Regional Marketing to develop best strategy and market tactics as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the industry
  • Knowledge of region and local market experience
  • Experience managing the Large format stores
  • Off Premise experience and knowledge preferred
  • Licensed driver of motor vehicles.
  • Ability for monthly travel.

  • Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling of up to 45 lbs.
  • Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, stopping and typing using a computer
