Summary:



This position is responsible for assisting with the service call schedule, updating technicians of scheduling changes through clear and concise communication, as well as answering inbound calls from Customers regarding needs both known and uncovered through a series of investigative questions pertaining to the reason for initial contact.





Essential Job Duties:



  • Manages Admin Assistant personnel

  • Communicates to management key customer issues including dissatisfaction, perceived lack of response, etc.

  • Completes inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Collects payments in person and over the phone on current and past due accounts

  • Supports technicians with service and installation schedules, account details, system tests

  • Provides technical customer support on proper use of the system (basic)

  • Performs general office duties including, filing, printing, scanning documents

  • Performs other duties as requested



Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:



  • Knowledge of general accounting principles

  • Telephone skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Mathematical skills

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English

  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Regular and reliable attendance



Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Possess a valid drivers license

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1 Year Customer Service experience



Physical Demands:



  • Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed

  • Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time

  • Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time

  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
