Enterprise Role Overview:



Works on various project related activities in an Onboarding business unit. Service, support or product fulfillment oriented. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, and management/staff analysis. Responsible for significant contributions to the design and development of project deliverables. Responsible to timely completion of project deliverables. Resolves complex problems based primarily on knowledge of the business, as well as general project guidelines or procedures. Explains and interprets project procedures. Works with team members on all phases of project and may have some leadership responsibilities on directing and evaluating the work of more junior analysts. Work may be subject to the review of more senior associates or Manager. Requires a good working knowledge of the operations area.



LOB Speficif Job Description:



The Good To Trade (GTT) team is part of the Reference Data Management team for Global Banking and Markets and is responsible for overseeing the completeness, accuracy, and application of counterparty regulatory submissions / data required for regulatory compliance and GTT/NGTT status. This includes regulatory adherences by protocol and bilateral agreements, trading agreement data (ISDAs, CSAs, MSFTA. PB Agreements, Futures, Repo). This role provides an opportunity to handle the daily flow of regulatory data, newly signed agreements, along with managing other data related projects with a strong focus on good to trade data and the application of logic against that data to determine accurate counterparty trade statuses.



This will entail the review of agreements, regulatory submissions, identifying pertinent information, and ensuring the data profiled in the systems is accurate. Additionally the employee will need to perform a variety of onboarding validations as a part of the role. This employee will also help aggregate and analyze large volumes of data that require reconciliation.



Responsibilities:



* Review and interpret regulatory submissions and agreements

* Identify pertinent information

* Accurately extract and QA data and upload agreement into contract repository

* Track status and assist with reporting

* Check various Good to Trade (GTT) status to ensure that the new counterparty is GTT

* Assist Onboarding team with various requests and issues

* Manage ad hoc projects as needed related to agreement data or management of the group

* Contribute to the updating of team procedures guide as needed



Requirements:

* Working knowledge of industry regulations that impact trade documentation (e.g. SEC SBS Protocol, Dodd Frank Protocols 1.0 and 2.0, Futures, Repo, US Resolution Stay, UMR, Markit, ISDA)

* Highly motivated self starter

* Excellent attention to detail

* Effective communications skills, relationship/business partnering

* Organized, results driven and able to work on multiple tasks with limited supervision

* Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing demands and priorities; solid work ethic and willingness to take on new initiatives

* Strong Excel and Power Point skills
