JOB TITLE: Organizational Change Management Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources


The Organizational Change Management Specialist is responsible for complex projects, tracking, guiding, and collaborating with the cross-functional teams within OneCooper. Will work with key stakeholders to define and implement engagement activities across multiple, diverse project implementations. Is responsible for collaborating with leadership around Organizational Change Management strategy and monitoring and measuring plans to track stakeholder engagement for Human Resources Change Management Projects.

Will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, creativity, project management and adaptability to changing priorities.


  1. Guide the advancement of the change management discipline and ensures stakeholders understand and adopt a common methodology and set of standards for change.

  2. Implement and apply a structured change management methodology (Prosci) within the organization.

  3. Identify & evaluate the impact of organizational change initiatives on stakeholder groups and develop/facilitate the implementation of a change management strategy.

  4. Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmap, coaching/training plan and resistance management plan.

  5. Effectively manage relationships and interface with multiple initiatives by serving as liaison with project teams, work leads, and stakeholders.

  6. Develop, implement, maintain and recommend improvements to change management processes and tools and templates.

  7. Establish key performance indicators and develop metrics to track execution, monitor progress for key change management deliverables and measure success of organizational changes strategies.

  8. Work to drive faster adoption, improve utilization and create a commitment for change. Establish meeting & reporting cadence with cross functional business partners to provide timely and accurate updates on key progress results.

  9. Report to the Senior Director Human Resources.

  10. Travel requirements: as needed up to 20% to gain understanding of regional site operations, creating relationships and supporting project/program activities.



  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing production is required

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of integrated organizational change management methodology. Prosci methodology preferred.

  • Demonstratedproficiency in managing multiple, concurrent, complex projects while continuously improving tools and templates.

  • Ability to understand and effectively collect and review adoption, utilization and proficiency data that support and provide measurement to change management activities.

  • Skilled at generating compelling, engaging and creative presentations and collateral.

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence while at the same time developing and nurturing positive, effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly under pressure using sound judgement and decision-making.

  • Ability to consistently seek out team input and constructive feedback putting feedback to effective use while meeting deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to consider diverse language and cultural when developing collateral for global audiences and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated expertise while being nimble and open to collaborative ideas.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project). Advanced MS Office skills preferred

  • Generally, works in a closed environment, in office conditions, with normal level of noise and controllable changes of temperature

  • Needs to stand, walk and may be seated for a long period

  • Uses hands to handle and reach

  • Works with a personal computer and programs

  • Prolonged sitting in front of a computer


  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development. Masters Degrees preferred.

  • Prosci Change Practitioner Certification preferred
