What Youll Do

This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of tools to improve reporting and increase visibility of technology delivery and progress, including:

• Developing reporting to track the adherence to tool standards

• Working with Aha! To implement functionality in our backlog for EFX implementation

• Coaching, mentoring, and training the Aha! Community on new tool functionality and standards

• Serves as Product Architect for Aha! Tool; prioritizes backlog and schedules enhancements in EFX Aha! Roadmap

• General Aha! Administration
