ATI is currently hiring a Partner Support Specialist to join their dynamic sales team. This is a remote position living in the assigned Florida territory, which will cover Western Florida. Jacksonville or Tampa location preferred. This is a remote position living within the assigned territory, temporarily working with clients virtually due to the pandemic.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Working collaboratively with the Client Executive in assigned territory.

  • Working in a sales support capacity to ensure service coverage, building strong collaborative client relationships, prospecting for new business and always keeping abreast of current market conditions in the nursing education field.

  • Responsible for accurately representing all ATI nursing products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies.

  • Assisting the Client Executive with student orientations and faculty integration meetings.

  • Provide information and/or follow up on customer needs as requested in a timely manner.

  • Particular emphasis is placed on the Partner Support Specialists ability to work with the Client Executive to build and maintain strong, high quality relationships with customers simultaneous to increasing the size of the account base and sales volumes.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field

  • 2+ years of consultative selling experience is preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong preference for candidates who have been accountable for motivating and energizing audiences to embrace the need for assessment driven performance

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Candidates must be organized and possess the ability to work independently to implement shared strategies developed by leadership.

  • Success forming multiple customer relationships which have resulted in long-term relationships.

  • Ability to present to committees or individual decision maker in an engaging manner.

  • Participates in territory management and planning with the Client Executive.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications.

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time to client meetings, corporate training's, and conferences.

  • Candidates for the Partner Support Specialist position are required to have a valid drivers license and be able to maintain business expense submissions for reimbursement.
