Job Responsibilities
The Parts Administrator Trainee will provide the highest level of service to our customers regarding parts order entry, tracking shipments, invoicing, and data/system management. This person will take customers' parts orders over the phone and via email, and also provide advice and information to our customers when necessary. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Entering orders in our database and processing invoices; assisting in maintaining parts inventory
Receiving incoming orders and returns from deliveries and properly allocating received items
Providing back up phone support for Parts Coordinators
Picking, packaging, and shipping of any outgoing orders, including proper required documentation
Possessing and maintaining a basic knowledge of machine tool industry and a specific product line represented by the company
Job Requirements
This team-player must have strong organizational skills, good time management, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining attention to detail. The Parts Coordinator must be proficient in Microsoft Suite programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other related business programs.
