Job Description Summary

The Performance Sales Coach will coach Sales Development Reps on behaviors needed to be successful including but not limited to prospecting skills, talk track refinement, objection handling, extensive sales team collaboration, sales tools proficiency and D&B value propositioning. The Performance Coach will work with Sales Development leaders to identify areas of opportunity for coaching and then apply those learnings to coaching team members while keeping detailed notes of progress to ensure that we are driving positive performance change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Development Managers to develop and track a plan of action to effectively coach team members in the necessary behaviors to exceed performance goals
  • Partner with sales development leadership, sales training team and our Human Resources team to determine, build and operate a structured coaching environment to develop the world's most expectational sales talent
  • Work with the New Hire Ambassadors and Sales Enablement team to assist the new SDRs with SDR specific onboarding tailored for their 3-month ramp
  • Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, while building strong relationships with SDRS, leaders and business partners
  • Understanding of high impact coaching tactics and strong, demonstrated background in coaching others for success
  • Flexible, with a growth mindset
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
  • High achieving sales development experience
