Our Role:

You will be responsible for CODI (Centralized Operational Data Integrity) by providing operational support to PGIM Fixed Income Operations by maintaining standard settlement instructions, collateral terms, determining trade routing logic, SWIFT testing, and helping establish system connectivity for various ECNs/confirmation platforms. The team will provide support for trade confirmation and settlements functions with a focus on operational data issues.

Job responsibilities may include:

Static data maintenance centralized around standard settlement instructions, credit support annexes, and routing

Actively research/resolve discrepancies in key operational data points

Reviewing Operating Guidelines for new fund launches and advising accordingly

Analyzing data/notices received from FCMs, custodians, and other third parties

Maintaining and assisting with onboarding/client request for information

Fails resolution for all settlement (i.e. Collateral moves, interest. Swap payments, variation margin

Strong problems solving skills and incorporate new processes to mitigate risks

Develop departmental and maintain policies, guidelines and procedures

Anticipating issues that may adversely affect the operational support of all fixed income products and taking action to reduce the risk of occurrences

Proactively seeking ways to improve current processes by leveraging the tools available to identify inefficiencies.

Cultivating both internal and external relationships to ensure proper service levels are achieved for each fund supported

Communicating operational support changes and initiatives to all impacted areas of PGIM

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

2-3 years Fixed Income confirmation and settlements experience strongly preferred

Detail Oriented

Strong analytical & problem solving skills

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Skills in: Excel, V-LookUp, Pivot Tables, Macro building a plus

Solid understanding of application of business risk & operational controls

Able to multi-task and absorb information across a broad spectrum of products

Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline oriented environment
