Photographer/Multimedia (Full-Time w/Benefits)

Job Summary:
Performs a variety of photographic and digital imaging tasks. Performs graphic art assignments from concept to finished products, such as; brochures, flyers, posters, power point presentations, newsletters, signage, and banners. Serves as support to Marketing department by performing video recordings of events.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 2-4years of Video / Photography and Graphic Design experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Premiere
- Proficient use of MS Office with strong expertise in PowerPoint presentations
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- AA or AS degree highly preferred
- Prior training in digital imaging techniques and medical photography
- Demonstrable, comprehensive knowledge of photographic skills and an understanding of commercial graphic arts skills
- Knowledge in the areas of recording, editing, and converting basic digital content
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and writing
- Able to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Able to operate color laser copier and GBC binding system
- Knowledge in creating and producing marketing print, web, and emails materials
- Strong project/time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects under rigorous deadlines and capable of prioritizing effectively
- Ability to work independently, seeking new approaches to problem identification and resolution
- Able to be on call evenings, nights, and weekends
Job Specific Duties:
- Assists in archiving videos and photographic images, uploading images, and acquiring consents for future use.
- Assists in conducting inventory control for all photographic supplies by tracking department supply use.
- Assists in the audio/visual setup of various conferences, meetings, and special events.
- Performs a variety of digital tasks such as photography, image manipulation, graphic artwork, printing, and archiving of digital files.
- Performs care and basic maintenance of photographic and audiovisual equipment.
- Assists the Marketing department team with videotaping of events and basic editing.
- Takes photographs of medical, dental, pathological, surgical and provides services of product, special events, portrait, and public relations.
- Reviews all emails and projects within appropriate time frame.
- Performs a variety of graphic art assignments from concept to finished products such as brochures, flyers, posters, power point presentations, newsletters, signage, and banners.
