POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide leadership and guidance for the attainment of objectives in Safety, Productivity, Cost Savings, and Company Goals. Develop personnel, be an agent of cultural change, and support Continuous Improvement throughout the Plant. Adhere to the Quality and Environmental systems in place. Manage benchmarking and the execution of CAPEX projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that Safety and Environmental systems as well as 5S are core values in Vallourec Star. Ensure that the Continuous Improvement Process in part of the culture of Vallourec Star Muskogee. Achieve the annual shipping objective for Vallourec Star. Achieve the financial results and cost savings objectives as established for Muskogee in the Vallourec Star goal statement. Develop the CAPEX plan to support the objectives of improving productivity and reducing cost. Achieve on time delivery goal as stated in Vallourec Star goal statement. Achieve the quality goal as stated in Vallourec Star goal statement.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Four year degree from an accredited college or university or 15 years minimum relevant experience. MBA preferred.


• 5 years minimum experience in a heavy industry environment. Prefer 10 years experience in heavy industry environment.
