What you'll do:

• This is a stationary position with limited travel.


• Performs various laborer tasks to accomplish work on site.


• Performs lifting, pulling, carrying and other manual labor tasks to operate equipment designed to crush concrete on job site.


• Operates equipment; assists in equipment maintenance tasks, and reports equipment operation problems to Plant Operator.


• Assists, and performs duties of co-workers, as needed to accomplish productivity objectives.


• Cleans and maintains orderly work area, seeking prior approval from plant operator for any unscheduled plant maintenance.


• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

What you'll need:

• Some experience preferred


• Must be 18 years of age


• Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in all weather conditions


• Ability to stand for extended periods of time at conveyor belt operation.


• Ability to climb heights of 20 feet on a regular basis


• Ability to lift, carry, and/or pull 100 pounds on a regular basis


• Ability to work in dusty, loud noise environment


• Required to wear safety equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, goggles, steel toed boots, ear plugs, respirator, gloves and various other similar items as required.
