We are looking for an experienced professional with a broad background and exceptional skills in program management improving clinical outcomes via population health tool workflow development, metrics and implementation, ideally in the healthcare, government, or financial services industry. Excellent communication and reporting skills are imperative - MS PPT and Excel advanced skills a must. Most critically, this position requires flexibility, agility, a positive attitude, fierce work ethic, ability and desire to learn quickly, and consistent delivery of value through ambiguity as a partner-focused change agent. Must be able to work independently on assignments while simultaneously engaging as a collegiate and collaborative part of a larger departmental team.


  • Ability to form strong business relationships and partner across the enterprise for effective cross-functional program delivery and implementation
  • Responsible for managing assigned internal programs amongst different lines of business to assist with driving performance for each initiative.
  • Help manage program changes with core project team and facilitate time estimates and communication of delivery alignment.
  • Work with program leadership to ensure alignment to roadmap and scope and partner on external communication to our stakeholders.
  • Conduct current state evaluations and discovery sessions with business partners for new workflows and functionality.
  • Coordinate sessions for documenting requirements and testing functionality

  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of goals & deliverables.
  • Assist business partners with new use case creation and support within the population health tool
  • Thoroughly communicate and demonstrate new workflows and use cases when transitioning to the training team for implementation.
  • Collaborate with the training manager to ensure new training materials are created as needed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with teammates and matrix partners.
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of discovery sessions by staying current with any changes in design and development of the population health tool.
  • Actively contribute ideas to setting and achieving yearly goals for the Population Health Solutions team.
  • Travel 25-50% of time

This role requires 25-50% travel. You will need to be fully vaccinated in order to travel & meet the requirements for this position.


  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • Work experience managing clinical programs preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Team player with proven ability to foster and manage working relationships within a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and drive results.
  • Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actions
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills. Attention to detail and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment
