ADP is hiring for a Principle Tech Program Manager for the HR Outsourcing Operations Service Technology Team to build and evolve a holistic view of the organization's digital strategy, processes, and product offerings. The Manager will operate across all HRO businesses to gain alignment, drive common practice, and form a cohesive digital product strategy that aligns both business and IT. The Manager must have the ability to partner across IT and the business to effectively prioritize, execute, and test all digital development work. The ability to advise and consult on developing technical solutions for our digital platform that automate and streamline business processes in the organization are critical to the role. In addition to these responsibilities, the Manager will work closely with our financial team to build and execute on business cases that clearly articulate and measure both client experience and operational ROI.


Responsibilities Skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:


  • Responsible for executing a digital roadmap for HRO and clearly defining CX and Operational ROI
  • Partner tightly with all business leaders to gain a deeper understanding of how digital technology can elevate the current service model
  • Create tight alignment of digital strategy between business and IT.
  • Analyze complex ideas, business cases and organizational issues and build meaningful recommendations leading to the development of a strategy and roadmap for execution
  • Dive deeply into our Salesforce Community capabilities to be able to provide effective consultation to both business and IT
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and summarize key points
  • Be a change catalyst capable of aligning strategy, people, process, and technology -- think big.



  • Proactive and can hit ground running with little to go by
  • Able to navigate organizational hierarchy with ease -- exposure to all levels of the business will be necessary
  • Ability to think outside the box and come to the table with proposed solutions

    Ability to interact effectively with individuals in dealing with conflict resolution


Technical Skills:

  • Workfront or other Project Management software
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Communities
  • SQL



Other Key Experience:

  • Previous experience leading or managing teams
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Experience in presenting to senior leaders
  • Desire to grow within an organization
  • Collaborating with business leaders and support function team members to identify improvement opportunities and answer key strategic questions
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of the organization



  • Preference given to MBA; Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related area in lieu of MBA
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a technical capacity such as Product Management, Support or Strategy
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills


Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Salesforce experience
  • Project/ Product/Process Management
  • Industry knowledge of all pertinent HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures
  • Advanced skills working with data and using data to create meaningful insights
