In the role of Process Lead, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.

In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal/external audits and process compliance.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Manage Learning & Development category stakeholders
• Handle Sourcing for indirect spend (Learning & Development category)-Need identification, RFx Management, Strategy Creation, Negotiation and Final Decision on contract award up to a defined threshold
• Manage vendors for sourcing and ongoing performance
• Handling escalated vendor issue and resolving any conflicts
• Maintain preferred supplier list, vendor rate cards and advise stakeholders on right vendors
• Ensure proper reporting and communication management mechanism for success of the engagement.
• Identify and implement best practices and process improvement opportunities
• Resolve any escalated issues
• Identification of opportunities for savings
• Ensure that SLA are met
• Quality Management activities
• Support table visualization requests and analysis
• Identify training requirement for self and team members and facilitate them

Qualifications
Basic

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience

• Engineering/Business/MBA graduate having approximately 5-7 years' experience in sourcing
• Experience in indirect category sourcing especially Learning & Development category
• Understands contracting nuances (contract language, requests for proposal, statements of work, change orders)
• Good client facing & client management skills
• Hands on Experience on e-sourcing tools
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Work Remotely: This role is based out of Bellevue, WA and is temporarily remote until company's decision to return to office.
