About the Role:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies necessary to generate market awareness and drive growth for the business.

This role will have a keen focus on customer personas, and will develop marketing strategy to drive the product portfolio. They will provide insight into key market trends, understanding the competitive landscape, market innovation drivers and audience behaviors to guide marketing strategies to best position the brand and products. They will manage products from ideation through commercialization, defining the value proposition, positioning, key messaging, target personas, and more for products, ensuring go to market plans and initiatives align with the overall brand and product strategy.

Here's What You'll Get to Do:

• Plan, develop, design, and implement marketing programs for assigned Product Categories. Understand market position of competitors and define product positioning within the competitive landscape.
• Manage the execution of marketing plans including, product promotion calendar, print & digital ads, social media calendar, product fliers/brochures, events / educational programs, marketing automation and website content.
• Work with Product Management to plan, execute and track strategies to effectively and efficiently bring products to market, ensuring that positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies are in alignment with product portfolio growth goals and objectives.
• Works closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales and Communications teams on new product development and existing, on-going product enhancements and additions.
• Lead internal communication of product programs, including sales training, key messages and sales support materials. Collaborate with R&D, product management, IT, operations and other teams on relevant internal communications content.
• Research, monitor and track installation projects for case study development and editorial / photography opportunities.
• Create marketing materials and sales enablement tools (presentations, messaging guides, collateral, case studies, website content, infographics and more) to support branding and demand generation activities.

Here's What We're Looking For:

• Degree in marketing, or equivalent with minimum 6+ years experience in product, brand, or consumer/BtoB marketing
• Able to develop strategy with stakeholders based on objectives and key results
• Experience planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel, full-funnel strategies with the goal of driving short and long-term revenue and growth
• Expert at organizational communication and project management
• Self-driven owner of performance and quality
• Industry experience in building products manufacturing with architectural metal and glass experience an asset
• Analytically minded with a track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
• Strong communication skills including external and internal presentations, recommendations to senior leaders, strong ability to understand and convey analytical information in a concise manner
