Product Specialist- Lock Desk

**Job Description:**
The **_Product Specialist - Lock Desk_** is an individual contributor role who demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of first mortgage pricing, exhibits proficiency as a mortgage pricing call center support agent. Successful candidate will be able to work within a team to achieve daily and monthly set goals. Responsibilities may include: Daily pricing exception reviews, ad-hoc pricing processes related reviews including but not limited to asset verification, relationship pricing, employee mortgage pricing, customer service support via both a telephone and email. Performs all the daily functions required by management/line of business, and serve as a Mortgage pricing subject matter expert to our business partners.
**_Required Skills:_**
+ A minimum of 12 months mortgage pricing experience, Mortgage Pricing including competitive pricing analysis,
+ 1+ year coaching, influencing, and driving adoption of change
+ 1+ year experience facilitating classroom training
+ 1+ year development of training content
+ Experience synthesizing performance data points to deliver a customized approach on how to improve employee performance
+ Excellent grammar and writing abilities
+ Ability to multi-task: juggle and manage competing tasks and demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
+ Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
_Enterprise Role Description:_
Provides analytic support for a specific set of products in First Mortgage. May be responsible for performing routine research, decisioning and follow up. Competencies required include market analysis/research focus, in-depth knowledge of products, a Bachelor's degree, and 1 to 3 years related experience.
