Production Planning Specialist will be responsible for supporting the total production, supply, transportation, commercial lifecycle teams in conjunction with the production plants to deliver the most effective and efficient production plans that deliver our commercial needs in manner that supports overall Coke Florida objectives. This role performed well, embodies the principles of the Enterprise Planning as noted below.

  • Create "one" consensus forecast, an agreed upon single source of truth to which all are accountable enabled through cross functional team input, technology, and business insights
  • Manage integrated business processes of planning to effectively deliver desired customer value propositions
  • Enable execution of segmented customer & consumer service models with effective program design
  • Allocate resources to optimize Coke Florida's business outcomes, while managing trade-offs and investment decisions
  • PGM & Planning to support Coke Florida in making its next best decision with end-to-end thinking to deliver disciplined & sustained profitable growth

R ole Responsibilities
  • Complete the production schedules for assigned production plants in adherence to our defined mid t o long term production strategies as prescribed
  • Be a peer coach to the other production planners and ensure that our production plans are complying to requirements
  • Take the initiative to provide business process improvements and feedback that enables improved production plan results
  • Leverage and embrace the systems and tools that we use to deliver our planning process and ensure that all other team members adhere to the system adoption
  • Provide the necessary coverage when resources are constrained planned or unplanned
  • Be an advocate for the enterprise planning team in the various business initiatives and be a leader for the planning team
  • All other assignments and Enterprise Planning activities

Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering disciplines OR equivalent business experience with proven business & people leadership
  • Minimum 5 years previous planning experience preferred
  • Role and experience progression in supply chain functions
  • Production plant experience preferred
