Position Summary: The Project Coordinator for the Public Cloud Alliances role will help will create scale by making time-allocation, information sharing and decision-making more effective. Furthermore, the project coordinator will drive and work on special projects to grow the utility and SaaS business, including overseeing cloud alliance dashboards and workstreams, and actively participating in cross-functional project teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organize cloud partner advisory councils and potential cloud partners to join in analyst days; organize the work to amplify our work in cloud through our analyst/financial community
  • Data analytics to include vertical impact as well as product mix through cloud alliances. This will serve as guidance to where we need to focus more energy for maximum market impact.
  • Draft communications including updates to internal and external newsletters
  • Interlock with enablement to provide SharePoint updates, new hire content and trainings, learning week, content on cloud through sales hub and technical update reports for the product groups.
  • Project manage new and key specific initiatives that lack an owner, transitioning projects to other stakeholders at F5
  • Provide data and create QBR material to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in creating Cloud Alliance pitch decks that will serve to raise funds from the Cloud Alliances to invest in F5s cloud business
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the cloud alliance team and other organizations to work through Sales Theaters, Sales Operations, and all F5 functions, working to proactively drive public cloud initiatives and enable Sales teams
  • Proactively provide project updates to sales leadership and other relationships within F5.
  • Responsible for upholding F5s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, planning, problem solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Excellent ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to advance programs/projects while managing multiple initiatives
  • Dedicated to meeting and delivering on business objectives
  • Self-motivated, proactive communication around projects or anticipated escalations
  • Advanced understanding of sales operations processes
  • Ability to resolve issues utilizing available resources and understanding of F5 business practices
  • Must be detailed oriented with a proven ability to multi-task.
  • Expert ability to draw concise, well supported recommendations based on issues presented.
  • Advanced Experience with Salesforce
  • Basic Project Management.
  • Good interpersonal, training and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales/sales operations or related experience
  • Proficiency with MS suite of productivity tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com from either a sales or administrator perspective is a very strong plus
  • Knowledge of configuration, pricing, and quoting processes preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
