Job Description:

The Project Coordinator position, housed in Client Services, supports the Project Manager in project execution and on-going development of multi-department focused training, process mapping, and development materials. This role will also offer consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions. In addition to helping support the PM in overall project execution, the Project Coordinator will partner with many internal departments including, but not limited to: Data Services, Product/Website Development, Print/Mail Services, Call Center, Disbursements, and Claims Operations. The ideal candidate will excel at producing and delivering highly detailed and accurate process documentation and information that is relevant as well as easily understandable and interpretable to all target audiences.


  • Project Execution - Meet project requirements (process mapping, SOP updates, risk analysis) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards

  • Internal Collaboration - Responsible for working with internal operational groups throughout the projects lifecycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.

  • Client Communication - Respond to client communications timely and accurately; understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients and/or support project management team in doing so; follow up and communicate client's needs internally.

  • Reporting & Documentation Contribute to the creation of the process mapping, technical procedures, and user materials including SOPs, user guides, job aids, and assessments such as activities and testing. Materials will be developed with specific quality standards and best practices.


  • 2+ years work experience within Epiq, and with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelors Degree or other relevant industry experience is preferred

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
