Position Summary



The Project Specialist plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the companys Credit Risk/Secondary Marketing projects. The role is responsible, under direct supervision, for editing internal support documents, outgoing announcements, maintaining product-related content on multiple platforms, invoicing, product marketing compliance reviews and product reporting. The Project Specialist will support all internal support documents for the Retail, Correspondent and FIS divisions.



Essential Functions



  • Provide support to the SVP, Credit Risk and Product Guideline Manager.

  • Monitor investor guidelines announcements and updates in order to stay up-to-date on any changes, assist with the implement of necessary changes related to the updates.

  • Format and send all outgoing announcements pertaining to Product Announcements, Bond Announcements, Secondary Announcements, etc. to Sales, Operations and companywide.

  • Create and format internal support documents, including, but not limited to, presentations, matrices, job aids, checklists, based on information provided.

  • Edit and maintain product-related content on multiple platforms based on information provided.

  • Review and approve product marketing collateral to Guild compliance standards.

  • Complete and submit invoicing through Concur.

  • Pull and create product-related reports.

  • Assist with special projects as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.

  • 1-year experience in corporate administration including experience with invoicing.

  • Prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry preferred.

  • Proficiency with data entry, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills required.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ethical, with a commitment to company values.

Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.

Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.

Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.

Environmental: Office environment no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
