Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud - Lead Consultant with implementation and support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing the Core HR, Oracle Learning and Talent Management modules based on the requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT.
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud - specially Core HR, Oracle Learning and Talent Management
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Newyork, NY, or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle
  • Agile Practice Knowledge will be beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Talent and Learning including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting knowledge
  • Should have worked on at least 2 end to end Fusion Cloud implementations
  • Responsible for conducting workshops with the client, taking requirements and configuring the system
  • Strong functional expertise on Core HR, including setups and knowledge of configuring the business processes. Knowledge of configuring absence types, absence plans, Recruiting and Benefits setup etc.
  • Able to Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution
  • Should have adequate knowledge of Core HR, Talent and Learning so that data conversion activities can be conducted
  • Experience in creating BI reports
  • Should be able to interact and work with HR business.
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HR processes and reports
  • Will need to liaise with the offshore team via daily meetings or stand up calls

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
