As a Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer, you will be designing and developing Automation Tests and detailed test plans based on product requirements. The Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer is essential to enhancing established test harnesses as well as logging and verifying defect fixes. The Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer position is responsible for participating in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing.

What youll do:

• Work in a collaborative, dynamic and agile environment.
• Work with Various cross functional teams, and client counterparts to deliver new products or capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements to design, automate, test, implement and support customized complex, large-scale systems business software applications.
• Understand GCP architecture, Avro schemas and coordinate with development team for designing the schemas.
• Designed and developed automated test suites in various tools and languages like Golang, Selenium using Java, Rest Assured, Gerkin & Cucumber
• Developed testing strategy including test approach and test management.
• Ensured test cases are written with automation in mind and those could be run in Jenkins supporting Continuous development and Integration ( CI / CD )
• Support and maintain the system by monitoring, testing and correcting application defects.
• Gather quality metrics and report out on a predefined basis.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot customer issues with good analytical skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and motivated to effectively work with the team; as well as work independently to deliver a quality solution in a timely manner
