Primary Function of Position:

Responsible for independently and proactively working with key stakeholders within and outside of ISI RAQA function unit to understand business processes and develop leading key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality management and regulatory compliance systems monitoring. This role will also support development and implementation of quality data analytics automation to maximize efficiency in metrics reporting and data visualization through advanced programing. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledges on quality management systems (QMS) as well as the processes/components under QMS (e.g. Complaints handling, CAPA, Change Control etc.) and is able to design drill-down/deep-dive analyses to pinpoint issues and turn them into action items.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • RAQA Metrics Reporting
  • Work with RAQA business process owners to derive leading KPIs to monitor and boost performance
  • Utilizing advanced programing/coding (e.g. R, R-Shiny, Python) to automate dashboard pipelines
  • RAQA Data Analytics
  • Design deep-dive analysis strategy and conduct ad-hoc investigation analysis to help identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Developing appropriate analysis models (including machine learning and / or artificial intelligence (AI) as appropriate) to conduct analysis, interpret results and determine potential risks, time impact, costs, and value
  • RAQA Digitalization
  • Assist QDA (Quality Data Analytics) team lead to develop and implement eQMS strategy to leverage capabilities and efficiencies for analysis and reporting
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
  • Minimum Doctoral degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Science, or Master's degree with minimum (5) years industry experience in data analytics and BI reporting
  • At least eight years of training plus working experiences in data science related fields and three + years in business intelligence reporting, ideally under quality and regulatory systems
  • Expertise in programing languages such as R, Python, SAS or equivalent; capable of develop, deploy and maintain R-Shiny applications via cloud based computing environment
  • Hands-on experiences in statistical modeling/trending/forecasting, deep data analysis, and other important data science areas
  • Prior knowledge in Quality & Compliance and/or existing experiences in understanding quality management system (QMS) components considered a big plus
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (
