What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and file all loan documentation in member file vault while limiting access to authorized personnel.

  • Retrieve files from Virtual Vault or physical vault upon request.

  • Maintain and file all recorded mortgage / loan documents in an orderly manner.

  • Daily indexing of tellers work, signature card rooms and any other rooms assigned on Synergy.

  • Scanning/Indexing of daily loan packets, individual document or Home Equity loan documents into appropriate file rooms

  • Boxing, tracking and shipping of record retention of paid in full member files, following departmental guidelines for sending items offsite.

What we need from you:

  • High School graduate

  • Ability to function with a minimum of supervision, good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Familiarity with, or have exhibited the ability to learn, filing and information retrieval systems (including fiche, microfilm and optical disc)

  • Willing to work flexible hours when required

  • Exhibit a positive attitude, cooperative spirit, willingness to work as part of a team, and a commitment to member service
