We Offer
As a Regulatory Reporting Accountant you will support the production and submission of CSH USA's FR Y-14A report to the Federal Reserve Board. This annual submission of actual and projected regulatory capital data is a key component of the FRB's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST) supervision. A highly organized self-starter, passionate about working with other team and building your knowledge, you will partner closely with Americas Stress Testing and Capital Adequacy and CSH USA's lines of business to ensure consistency of stress testing and regulatory reporting deliverables, including:
  • Performing key internal controls, reconciliations, analyses, and reviews critical to report production
  • Maintaining internal control and process documentation
  • Testing design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
  • Producing internal status tracking reports and dashboard to progress of key deliverables
  • Updating capital plan supporting documentation for the 14A report
  • Maintaining well-documented desktop procedures
  • Communicating requirements, deliverables, and activities with business partners and data providers
  • Participating in executing user acceptance testing to support technology implementation
  • Supporting internal and external audit and quality assurance reviews
  • Performing special project/analysis work as required

  • Proven experience of at least 2-4 years' in finance, reporting, accounting (preferably within the banking/capital markets space and/or public accounting)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to handle several tasks and deeply engage to work towards relevant goals with persistence
  • History of building unquestioning, long-term relationships with colleagues
  • Curiosity and willingness to stay up-to-date with emerging business, economic, and market trends
  • Experience leading others and a team-first demeanor
  • Intermediate or above PowerPoint & Excel skills required
  • Additional systems knowledge desired but not required include: Axiom, PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase and SmartView, Visio, visualization tools, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, and R/Python coding
