Relationship Management Director


Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Relationship Management Director will be responsible for overseeing our partner relationships. This role requires experience working with C-level executives to create strategies that maximize the value of the partnership. This role is a part of the company's strategy to strengthen and grow our new and existing partner relations.


  • Strategize with our partners and look for ways to grow the portfolio by strengthening the Talus Pay brand, marketing and educating throughout their company
  • Performing business evaluations to review successes, opportunities, and steps to strengthen the partnership
  • Developing an educational program to learn more about the industry and Talus Pay
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the partnership to internal leadership
  • Develop detailed program instructions and support for field sales teams
  • Responsible for the launch of all new partnership programs including the introduction of the internal resource assigned to the relationship
  • Maintain agreement, including securing addendums and needed modifications
  • Main point of contact for the partners


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Relationship Management experience at the C-level
  • Adept at thinking strategically and creatively
  • Effective writing and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Keen negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to develop in-depth understanding of the business and related services
  • Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships
