Overview
We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to support the work of our Treasury Relations and Support Office (TRSO). You will report to an Assistant Vice President and help design reports and coordinate reporting processes to support the work of the TRSO. This requires working across multiple lines of business to clearly and accurately share information to help inform strategic decision-making. You will use data visualizations and graphics to help create compelling reports used by all levels of the organization.

The TRSO manages the FRS's overall relationship with the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) and the Office of the Fiscal Assistant Secretary (OFAS). In addition to monitoring the FRS's Treasury business-lines, the TRSO identifies and pursues strategic initiatives benefiting both Treasury and the FRS.It serves as a central point of contact for certain aspects of the FRS's conduct of fiscal agency services, such as new service requests, and as an escalation point for problem resolution andFRS policy interpretation. Responsibilities

  • Manage all reporting processes for the TRSO including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
  • Work with content subject matter experts to create compelling reports used by a wide-range of audiences, from program staff to senior executives
  • Represent quantitative and qualitative information and data in visually appealing formats
  • Create reports that convey important messages, status, risk and program health, and help inform strategic decision making
  • Create infographics, presentations, and materials that support information and data sharing with main audiences like Boards of Directors, Senior Executives, and Federal Reserve System governance groups
  • Create processes to store and manage data that can be used across multiple reporting platforms
  • Identify redundancies and potential efficiencies in reporting practices
  • Maintain a reporting repository within SharePoint
  • Build relationships with TRSO and Bank leaders and staff; collaborate across functional units and divisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • 3 years related experience
  • Familiar with creating dashboard reports, status reports, infographics, and other data and information visualizations
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe software (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design), SharePoint, Tableau. Basic proficiency with Power Automate and Tableau Prep preferred.
  • Interpersonal, relationship management, organizational, and customer service skills with a focus on working in a team environment
  • Can manage and communicate complex processes
  • US Citizen
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower job grade and salary

Salary: $60,000 - $ 93,000
