About the Opportunity:

This position will be responsible working with the Revenue Management Team and local port Personnel to perform prescribed tasks using the Anchor booking system and other analytical tools with the ultimate goals of driving profitability and providing incremental sales.

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences RESPECT Service System.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support local city sales teams with requests involving cruise set-up, promotions, line items, and analysis

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for additional cruises, cruise consolidation, price increases and decreases (yielding), and system improvements. Communicate recommendations to Revenue Integrity Manager , VP of Revenue Management and Regional DOSs.

  • Act as the primary support member for the Revenue team.

  • Other related responsibilities as needed

  • Additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Some college coursework required, and previous yield management experience preferred.

  • Strong computer and database skills: Word, Excel, Power Point (required).

  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Ability to understand the importance of maximizing revenue

  • Must meet minimum state age requirements
