As a Reverse Logistics Center (RLC) Store Liaison, you will facilitate the resolution of issues around exceptions and discrepancies of product received into the RLC and what our stores are sending. Your responsibilities will include daily communication with our stores, resolution of issues, escalation to the Supervisor or Asset Protection Manager as needed as well as resolution of store shipping errors and the closure of transfers once exceptions are resolved. The responsibilities listed below are encompassing of a Store Liaison but may vary based on departmental assignment.
