PURPOSE:

Supporting the Risk and Legal Department to continue to be successful, and compliant growth of the GardaWorld organization.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Build and manage compliance scorecards and reports including the management of claims data.

- Review and respond to legal documents and materials.

- Effectively present and communicate trends identified during data analysis.

- Assist with the management of 3rd party service providers to ensure service levels are met.

- Research, understand, and effectively communicate insurance claims information

- Update multiple claims reports with information changes.

- Assist with the coordination and business case preparation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and work experience required.

- Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience.

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (i.e. - vlookup, pivots, filters, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to set priorities and meet established deadlines.

- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
