Reporting to the Director of Womens Services, the Manager of Labor and Delivery will be responsible for the oversight of the Patient Care and Staff of the Labor and Delivery Unit. This Nurse Leader will foster an environment of collaboration amongst the care team, while also serving as a mentor to the Nursing Staff. The years of experience in Labor and Delivery will allow the RN Manager of Labor and Delivery to identify opportunities to improve the patient expereince and implement Evidence-Based Unit Practices.
