Experience in managing implementation of Rockwell FTPS MES (preferably), Werum PAS-X or other Pharma MES product
Plan, schedule, monitor and control the end to end project delivery of MES Project- Pharma/ Life science domain project
Assist in the creation of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Identify and track project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs; Manage budget.
Manage project work and resources to enable successful and timely completion of the project.
Very strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to interact successfully with senior management on project progress.
Good knowledge on software development life cycle with experience in all project phases.
Risk monitoring and proactive to mitigate the risks.
Expertise in managing large project teams; multi-vendor combinations
Conducting tollgates, providing status updates, Leading steering committee status meetings for ELT members
Well versed with product deployment philosophy, processes and challenges
