Sales and Office Administrator


The Sales and Office Administrator is responsible for office operations and procedures such as vendor management administering filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. In addition, the Sales and Office Administrator will assist with additional administrative reporting and support tasks for the sales team.



What youll be doing:


  • Act as subject matter expert for BDA onboarding; provide general guidance to BDAs while in training program

  • Assist with the development of training curriculums, training materials, and class structure based on business needs.

  • Support the sales department in resolving and preventing training issues.

  • Administers incoming and outgoing mail activity, delivers mail and ensures accurate recordkeeping of mail and shipping activities.

  • Accountable for up time of office equipment, workspace functionality and new hire cube setups.

  • Works with management to support ad hoc facilities requests.

  • Maximizes office productivity through appropriate and proficient use of software and internet applications.

  • Maintaining CRM reporting on a weekly and monthly basis including Pipeline reports for sales team, Site Visits and other metric reports.

  • Managing internal communications (i.e. site visit schedule, partner training events, etc.)

  • Coordinating, tracking and reporting on key initiatives for sales across all regions in North America

  • Has input to and works within office budget, and initiates cost effective/reduction programs.

  • Maintains office cleanliness and layout, coordinates physical office moves; maintain cleanliness and suitability of office space, reception space, employee gathering areas, and meeting rooms;

  • May provide office custodial services, as needed.

  • Monitors and arranges maintenance schedules for exercise equipment and monitors conditions of fitness facility for safety and cleanliness.

  • Maintains relationship with building custodial and security personnel, requesting office maintenance throughout the day or as required.

  • Provides meeting and conference support to management by managing conference rooms, tending to rooms and white boards after meetings, ordering food and supplies for meetings.

  • Manages employee perks and cafeteria supplies, such as coffee and tea, water service, fruit/refreshments, and vending services.

  • Maintains office safety logs, works with HR on OSHA compliance, manages emergency procedures and fire drills.

  • Maintains security card access, issues and revokes employee badges.

  • Maintains positive relationships with employees, customers and outside vendors.

  • Runs errands, as requested by management.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Conducts interviews with PPTs Top 100 clients for churned contracts greater than $100K and churned opportunities greater than $50K in order to drive retention and maintain CRM records.

  • Assists the facilities team with the ongoing completion of office expansion. Responsibilities include expansion design, onsite contractor coordination, and ad hoc facilities requests.

  • Maintains accurate records of and processes employment status changes for NA Sales Teams.

  • 1-3 years related work experience and/or training required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Valid Drivers License and ability to maintain necessary driving privileges.

Colorado Salary: $52,000-$55,000
