Position Summary:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be supporting, scaling and meeting the needs of the sales team in the ANZ region. The responsibilities will include project management, order processing, troubleshooting and problem solving, tracking and reporting, sales support, training, and other assigned activities

Job Scope

  • Work closely with regional Sales Leader in running a high-performance sales organization

  • Lead Sales forecasting and pipeline cadence for the region. Ensure day-to-day pipeline discipline and management, sales process execution and adherence to sales policies, identify problems, recommend, take corrective action and communicate performance results.

  • Ensure accurate effective sales reporting, performance monitoring, high quality SFDC data, Dashboards & Productivity Indicators, metric analysis, sales recognition, and sales operations support activities.

  • Lead planning and sales coverage process across all Sales functions and departments to ensure the sales territories and compensation are set up optimally

  • Launch, lead and complete the implementation of critical initiatives that enable bookings growth and improve company profitability and efficiency

  • Plan and execute the tactical elements of Sales processes to develop standard methodologies and continuously improve efficiency: sales model/processes/methodologies, competencies, productivity metrics, quota planning, compensation plan design, coverage model, territory design, lead generation management, departmental communications

  • Work closely and interlock with the extended internal or external cross functional teams (Finance, Legal, Credit Control, Revenue Accounting and Quote to Cash).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelors degree; MBA is a plus

  • Strong Salesforce.com experience preferred ex: build dashboards and reports.

  • Using Tableau or SQL or similar experience preferred.

  • Digital literacy required including familiarity with Salesforce.com, Clarify, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • 3 years or more experience in sales operations or business operations roles

  • Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Takes initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.

  • Familiarity with administrative and reporting functions within Salesforce.com CRM.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results.
