Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will be responsible for monitoring the sales activity for the France and Benelux region, as well as the internal business processes. You will create reports for the management daily. Using your keen eye for detail and accuracy, you will identify, escalate and follow-up on the execution for the resolution of issues related to the business processes. You will be responsible to provide the sales teams with the necessary tools and support for an optimal execution of their KPIs (from agent onboarding until termination), as well as provide them with some support and advice about the execution of their administrative tasks. For this role, youll make use of Microsoft Office extensively, especially Excel.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
Previous experience working preferably in a customer service environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel knowledge of PowerBI, Salesforce, or Sharepoint is a plus
Excellent attention to details and analytical skills
Experience working with internal processes and doing reporting
Ability to work with data and internal processes
Fluency in French and English
