New England Biolabs (NEB) is seeking a Sales Team Specialist to support our growing domestic sales staff. The person in this position will manage our sales enablement and training platforms, support account-specific projects and content-related requests, and any loyalty-based program needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of sales enablement and training platforms. This may include, but is not limited to:

    • Manage marketing collateral within our sales enablement platform, and aggregating content for associated campaigns and workflows

    • Work with Product Marketing Managers to develop training modules for high/medium priority product releases. This will include building training modules, facilitating updates to launch materials, and maintaining custom content.

    • Work with vendor to manage any changes or updates to platforms

  • Serve as primary contact for account-specific requests from the NEB Sales Team, as well as any loyalty-based program requests. This may include, but is not limited to:

    • Act as project manager for multiple ongoing projects

    • Work with Sales Rep and/or Marketing Team to generate and/or edit content. This can include content needed for email, landing page, flyer or social media

    • Work with Marketing Technologies and Marketing Communications teams to implement content requests

    • Work with Sales Rep and/or Inside Sales Team to update customer contact list

    • Coordinate any institution-specific special offers with IT

    • Manage requests for email templates and campaign tagging

    • Track analytics and providing annual report for review by Marketing & Sales

  • Coordinate quarterly price-based promotions

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing

  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience is required.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, simultaneously

  • Good communication skills, verbal and written

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required; experience using Salesforce is desirable

  • Experience in the life science industry is a plus
