Equifax is seeking an experienced skilled Salesforce Business/Data Analyst with a strong data background as part of the Salesforce business transformation team. This role is responsible for performing detailed analysis of data architecture, existing data and proposed data changes to establish, maintain and govern data in both the Salesforce platform and as integrated with other processes/systems.

What Youll Do

• Participate in customer-facing meetings and respond to requests using results of data analysis

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Owners to understand the business requirements and processes

• Mine databases for the purpose of understanding data migrated from legacy systems, identify data gaps or inconsistencies and draft recommendations to improve data quality in Salesforce

• Understand, document and communicate the implications of integrating additional data into Salesforce

• Leverage data analysis techniques, catalog data gaps, inconsistencies and other areas of improvement to increase data integrity with Salesforce

• Collaborate with reporting analysts to understand how data is used in reporting and analytics and impacts of gaps or changes to reporting strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in business analysis, data analytics, statistics, business intelligence and/or data modeling

• Business Analyst or PO experience a plus

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years data analytical skills including strong skills in data quality analysis

• Bachelor's degree in analytics or related field

• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
