Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master.

This position's primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize roadmap along with Product Owner to increase Agility. The role holder should help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile. He/She will need to effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective meeting. He/She must be actively involved in technical matters thus finding out the gaps and ensuring product owner involvement in business decision and description of the functional flow. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sunrise, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 5 to 8 years of IT Industry Experience of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Manage large-scale technology initiatives as Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager
Sustain and develop Client Relationships. Work with the Business and Technology stakeholders to create the Program Increment Objectives and formulate the delivery plan
Translate the Business needs to Technology objectives and User Stories
Estimate and schedule the Technology Objectives across the Sprints
Allocate and track the tasks for the Technology User Stories
Manage the Agile Ceremonies (Iteration Planning, Daily standup, Backlog refinement, Iteration review/demo, Iteration retrospective)
Resolve the impediments faced by the Scrum Teams
Participate and address issues in Scrum Of Scrums
Identify key issues and create the improvement plan from Inspect and adapt workshops
Provide the System demo to the Technology and Business Leadership
Work with the interfacing application stakeholders to pro-actively identify the impediments and resolve them
Manage the releases and deployment of changes using CI CID
Understand the performance of teams across various Scrum teams
Deploy processes and personnel to improve the quality of delivery
Develop the improvement and sustenance plans for all the teams
Resolve all delivery issues and problems communicated by the Leadership team
Establish new Client relationships and ensure steps to meet the Client needs
Regular discussions with employees spread across different teams in Global Risk Technologies to understand their overall performance, aspirations, issues and goals
Assess the employee performance and provide regular feedback
Create the goals and plan for the growth of the employees
Create the account growth plan and understand the resource needs
Manage local recruitment drives and interviews
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of Infosys resources in Global Risk Technologies
Work with Infosys Leadership and Human Resources team to meet the Client resource demands
Manage the billing and invoicing
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
