Technical Experience:

• 4+ years exp. working as scrum master.


• Must have exp. on Cloud data migration projects


• Good understanding of data oriented projects for integration and analytics is must


• Strategically focused across several teams experience with more than one agile framework has a perspective on agile best practices limited experience with strategic topics eg story creation estimation dependencies release planning


• Continuous Integration and Continuous Development CICD engineering practices


• Experience with agile program structure mentor an Agile Team Facilitator usually works under guidance of a Agile coach


• Framework Customization Assessment - Help in completing the Assessment, Implement the Assessment recommendations


• Framework Design - Customize the process and delivery framework for implementing agile at program level End to End work flow


• Team communication & Collaboration, Metrics reporting, Dependency Plan , aligning Team Structure


• Maturity Assessments - Conduct Maturity Assessment


• Implement agile practice for multiple teams
