We're looking for communicators who are passionate about telling impactful stories at this intersection, using creativity, analytics and media relations skills to help clients move conversations forward with their audiences to drive thought leadership and business outcomes.

As a Senior Account Supervisor, you will be counted on to lead client relationships, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop priority campaigns and programs, contribute to new business opportunities and interface with firm leadership.

This candidate will be counted on to provide a diverse client base with expert counsel in integrated communications, media relations, story and content development, experience/ event planning and social media.

You also aspire to lead, to grow business and to set culture through your actions and viewpoints.

This candidate will join our global, award-winning Adobe team, working closely with the Adobe Document Cloud, Adobe Innovation and Adobe Security businesses.

Adobe Document Cloud is the fastest growing part of Adobe's business as companies seek new tools to adapt to remote work. Featuring apps such as Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign, Document Cloud accelerates productivity by modernizing how people view, share and engage with digital documents.

Adobe Innovation supports initiatives aligned with Adobe's CTO that position the company as an innovator and industry thought leader, including emerging technologies from Adobe Labs and new tools powered by Adobe Sensei, the company's proprietary AI architecture. This workstream includes CTO and CIO executive positioning and communication, both earned and digital.

Adobe Security represents Adobe's security initiatives, both proactive and reactive. The team counsels on corporate security-related issues and advances CSO thought leadership through contributed content, media interviews and awards.

We are looking for an SAS level team member interested in the intersection of creativity and technology- who has strengths in client/ project management, integrated communication strategy, media strategy and pitching, and driving programs and activations from concept to completion. Responsibilities include:


    • Day-to-day client management
    • Day-to-day team management and collaboration
    • Strategic planning and creative ideation
    • Story mining, multi-channel storytelling and media outreach
    • Integrated communications experience across earned, owned, social and paid
    • Project management and oversight - organized, on-task and outcome-focused


    • At least seven years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications and/or related fields including research, advertising, media and publishing.
    • Experience preferred managing multiple accounts (including financials) while simultaneously serving as the day-to-day client contact.

S/he Should Have

    • A bachelor's degree in a related field and a proven ability to manage large projects as well as small teams on one or more sizable accounts.
    • A comprehensive understanding of his/her clients' businesses and their missions, as well as their key stakeholders.
    • The ability to act as a daily client contact and to be responsible for client-related finance management, including managing large projects within budget.
    • Experience providing sound media counsel to clients and developing, managing and implementing media strategies that drive results, preferably with business and technology press, including across a mix of mediums: digital, video, podcasts, newsletters, etc.
    • The ability to think outside the box when it comes to corporate storytelling and go beyond traditional media relations to achieve clients' communications goals.
    • Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit the work of others at or below his/her level.
    • Familiarity with best practice communications tactics and public relations tools and will be able to recommend them to his/her clients.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • An interest in emerging technologies that impact creativity and the future of work and business (e.g., artificial intelligence).
