Major Duties
The Digital Experience Solutions Application Development Lead is a strong communicator who leads with empathy, takes ownership of projects, encourages teams to mature our agile environment, and:
Provides thought-leadership to staff related to solution architecture, solution capabilities, and applied Agile development for front end/UI applications.
Develop and build a team to deliver a multi-channel expansion and redesign project - SEO, SEM, personalization, analytics, 3rd party data and platforms (AEM, Marketo, Salesforce, digital channels, etc.), UX, data visualization, and interactive tools.
Lead efforts in emerging technology discovery for marketing enablement. Experience working with Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics teams to serve action data to users through Salesforce
Contributes to an open culture that enables employees' development through direct but kind feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and optimism
Works with the Head of NTAM Marketing Distribution Technology team to define a plan and KPIs for delivering key application for the Business
Oversees employee and contractor staff of 10+ making staffing decisions and offering hands-on training to staff ensuring that teams are motivated and engaged and have clearly defined goals and growth opportunities
Develops goals, organize workloads, sets priorities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of work that achieves business outcomes
Bring in contemporary modern delivery methods and techniques such as dev ops, automation, and human-centered design
Ensures compliance with all audit, security and risk management requirements
Defines and monitors metrics to improve applications' stability and availability, as well as sustain and improve cost efficiencies and productivity gains
Provides technical expertise at the highest level including training/leadership/guidance to other application or infrastructure architecture staff, ensuring secure coding and robust architecture guidelines are met.
Works closely with architects and other enterprise stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with best enterprise practices.
Knowledge/Skills Candidate must have
Strong Web UI Development experience using React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript
Experience with large and complex systems for both internal and external clients.
Experience in leading digital transformations in the Investment Banking space
Experience with Cloud and micro-services concepts and technologies: Azure, AWS, or PCF.
Experience with continuous integration tools: Maven, Bamboo, TFS, ANT and Sonar.
Experience on the application of Lean, Agile and continuous learning practices, as well as knowledge of various website application designs and programming techniques
Cultivating strong working relationships with users, peers, business partners, and vendors alike
Demonstrated and successful experience in overseeing digital projects, including managing vendors/agency, developing requirements and measuring results
Applying a technical understanding of data integration practices
Willingness to mentor junior staff
Preferred/ Recommended
Expertise with Adobe Experience Manager CMS highly recommended
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Marketo
Expertise in delivering highly personalized digital experiences
