  • In partnership with your TA Leader, you will manage our recruitment marketing partners to execute targeted PPC, LinkedIn Pipeline Builder, Facebook Lead Generation, and Google Search & Display campaigns for your markets.

  • Brand monitoring on key review sites, creating custom landing pages on WordPress, building LinkedIn Life pages, researching and activating career fair details, and planning candidate giveaways are additional examples of employer brand activities you may be asked to lead for your region.

  • Youll bring existing knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and marketing communications skills to execute strategic deliverables for your markets.

  • Youll build critical relationships with teammates, stakeholders, senior leaders, and others to be the most effective in your role and better position the Western Union employer brand.

  • Learning from our Employer Brand, Communications, Corporate Brand, and Legal teams, youll deepen your knowledge of our innovative branding for world-class, on-brand, and on-message content.

  • Youll also gain a deep understanding of how your actions are imperative to our business.

  • Experience in specific employer branding work as part of a Talent Acquisition organization.

  • Deep understanding of how an employer brand aligns with a companys value proposition and helps attracts talent for a Fortune 500 company.

  • Demonstrated capabilities with social and digital media (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Mogul, etc.), developing marketing and branding creatives, managing ads, and evaluating analytics.

  • Energetic and creative with impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work individually or with others in a global, fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, following review and approval processes, and managing timelines thoughtfully with partners.
